Car Review Hyundai Elantra 2022

Review

Since 2022, I’ve been driving an Elantra Style (2.0L, 150 hp, automatic) for work and family trips. The trunk is fantastic — fits a stroller, shopping bags, and tools with no problem. The cabin is dark but cozy, and the kids have plenty of space in the back.

The suspension is genuinely durable — it absorbs potholes but can feel stiff on broken asphalt, which can tire your back. The engine is lively up to 90 km/h, but then slows down, making overtakes require a strong push. The climate control has twice changed settings on its own, fixed only by turning it off and back on. No major breakdowns, only scheduled servicing. Good for work and family, though I’d like a bit more performance and ride smoothness.
