Review
I bought an Elantra at the end of 2020, Style trim, 1.6 automatic. I chose it for the looks and price, wanting something attractive but not expensive. Overall, I’m happy with the car — it’s nearly perfect for city driving. I drive gently, with low mileage, mostly home-work-shopping trips. The headlights are fantastic, nighttime visibility is like daytime. However, in the second year, the cabin started creaking, especially in winter, which is annoying. The multimedia froze a couple of times, fixed by restarting. On highways, it lacks power, so overtakes need to be planned ahead. For a woman who doesn’t race, it’s great — but not perfect.
