Review
Purchased this Elantra with an 'American' history – the interior and body are in excellent condition, all original. Under the hood is a 1.8 with a manual transmission: easily holds 140 km/h on the highway, and in mixed driving it gets 7–8 L/100 km. Climate control and seat heaters handle even severe frost, warming up quickly. Suspension is moderately stiff but acceptable for our roads. Main wish – a bit more ground clearance and improved sound insulation to make the driver’s cockpit quieter. Otherwise, a reliable and practical sedan with low maintenance costs.
