Soft suspension, spacious cabin, fuel-efficient engine, affordable maintenance, modern exterior
Low ground clearance, average performance, noticeable tire noise, door locks occasionally stick
The Elantra with factory-installed LPG runs smoothly, and the range on a single fill has doubled. The gearbox shifts precisely, and with close to 150,000 km, I only changed the oil per schedule and once the timing belt. The body has held up well: paint on the roof and hood keeps its shine, with few cracks or chips.
The cabin is generally comfortable: seats with side support, convenient multifunction steering wheel. The only annoyance — with the rear seats loaded, the ground clearance feels critically low, and on some city roads, I have to slow down. Fuel consumption matches the factory specs closely: around 8.5–9 L. The car was mainly used in a family setting.
