Travel to Munich, tickets, transfers, and other personal expenses are not included in the base price of the service, except for certain options in the higher package.
Three Package Options
The most affordable option, Compact, costs 790 euros. It includes reception at BMW Welt, light refreshments, approximately 50 minutes dedicated to vehicle handover, and a partially filled fuel tank. This package is designed for a straightforward vehicle collection without an extended tour program.
The Premium package is priced at 960 euros. Handover time extends to 70 minutes, during which a BMW representative provides a more detailed overview of the vehicle's functions, multimedia system, and primary settings. A guided tour of the factory is also included. Customers must arrange their own travel to Munich.
The Exclusive option costs 1,390 euros. It features handover in a private room lasting about 90 minutes. The vehicle is provided with a full fuel tank, and the program includes a four-course dinner. For an additional 249 euros, accommodation and airport transfer can be arranged. This allows customers to arrive in Munich ahead of time without planning a return trip on the same day.
Additional Services
BMW offers separate elements to enhance the delivery experience. These include a decorative ribbon on the vehicle, gift packaging containing a bottle of champagne, a bouquet of flowers, and photographer services. These are billed individually and are not included in the core packages.
