Review

My name is Olena, and in January of this year I purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE. The odometer now reads 15,000 km, and I’ve had the chance to test it both in the city and on the highway. The hybrid’s fuel efficiency is most impressive: usually around 6.5 L/100 km in the city and up to 5.5 L/100 km on the highway, which is great for the budget. The cabin turned out to be surprisingly spacious — two children fit easily, ISOFIX installs in seconds, and the rear seats fold down in one motion, leaving enough room for all the picnic gear. The adaptive cruise control works precisely and predictably, so I feel confident on long trips.

That said, on poor roads the suspension feels a bit stiff, and sometimes I have to slow down over asphalt waves to avoid discomfort. Another point is tire noise at speeds over 120 km/h — at that pace, I want to turn up the music to drown it out. Overall, I gave my Toyota a score of 9 out of 10: it combines efficiency, safety, and convenience wonderfully, and I’m sure the RAV4 will be a reliable companion for any family.
