Yes, you read that right. Dreame Technology – the company best known for robot vacuums and hair dryers – is now gunning for the hypercar crown with an electric four-door that looks suspiciously like a Bugatti Chiron on steroids. And they’re not stopping there: a second luxury brand called Starry Sky Auto is coming for Rolls-Royce and Bentley. Oh, and they’re talking about building a factory near Berlin by 2027.
A Bugatti Chiron… with Four Doors?
The renders show dramatic opposing gullwing doors (front and rear open toward each other) and no B-pillar – spectacular to look at, though getting in and out might be an adventure. It’s a strict four-seater with a front end that’s clearly “inspired” by the Chiron, but with redesigned air intakes, a new hood line, and unique wheels.

Lawyers on Speed Dial
Bugatti’s legal team is probably already warming up. Copycat drama is practically tradition when Chinese brands aim this high. Yet Dreame insists this isn’t a joke – they want a record-breaking electric hypercar that can actually challenge the million-dollar establishment.
Second Front: Rolls-Royce Territory
At the same time, Starry Sky Auto will launch ultra-luxury electric sedans and SUVs clearly modeled after the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Bentley Bentayga. Expect huge dimensions – wheelbases stretching up to 130 inches – but with a twist: projected starting prices around $150,000–$180,000 in the U.S. market. That’s roughly a third of what a real Cullinan costs. A six-figure Rolls-Royce alternative? Sounds too good to be true.
Vaporware or the Real Deal?
China has given us plenty of stunning renders that never left the computer screen. But the speed at which new EV brands there go from announcement to production is frightening. Dismiss Dreame at your peril. Even if the hypercar hits legal walls in Europe and the U.S., a German factory would instantly give them credibility – and Brussels is currently throwing money at anything with a battery.

- Four-door electric hypercar heavily inspired by Bugatti Chiron
- Separate ultra-luxury brand targeting Rolls-Royce and Bentley
- Projected U.S. pricing starts in the $150,000–$180,000 range – a fraction of the originals
- Potential European factory near Berlin planned for 2027
Call it ambition, call it cheeky homage – either way, the old guard in France and Britain just felt the ground shake. The Chinese luxury EV invasion isn’t coming. It’s already here.
