I have a 2024 BMW 4 Series, 430i version with a 2.0-liter turbo engine delivering 245 horsepower, rear-wheel drive. Bought it new from the dealership, now mileage is around 23,000 km. The car definitely brings joy every day, especially if you love spirited driving. Handling is just fantastic, corners like on rails, you can feel the car's balance is spot on. Suspension is comfortable, though not plush, after all it's not a business sedan but a coupe with character. Mostly drive in mixed mode, city-highway. In the city fuel use is about 10-11 liters, on highway around 7. For this power - quite reasonable. Cabin is quiet even at 120-130 km/h, just tires hum a bit but that's minor. Multimedia looks great, but occasionally lags when connecting the phone, especially with Android Auto - sometimes it freezes for a couple seconds. Maintenance so far all under warranty, done two services, each time not cheap, but honestly, with BMW it's never different. Consumables are pricey, especially brakes and oil. No breakdowns at all, just replaced tire pressure sensor twice under warranty. From the downsides: well, ground clearance is low, scraped the bumper a couple times in parking lots, especially in winter. And trunk is small, fits a suitcase and a couple bags, but if traveling with family - not ideal. Overall a car for those who love the driving experience, not just getting from A to B. Not cheap pleasure, but every trip delivers pure joy.
